Founded in 2014 in a converted horse barn, Springbrook Hollow Farm Distillery has grown into an 8,000 sq. ft. distillery and tasting room nestled on five acres in Fort Ann, NY.
We craft our spirits with pure spring water, New York ingredients, and a hands-on approach that keeps quality and tradition at the heart of everything we make.
Today, the Hollow is more than a distillery. It’s a place to gather, sip, and stay awhile. Enjoy handcrafted cocktails alongside local beer, wine, and cider in our tasting room, or head outside to relax by the fire pit and take in the Adirondack foothills.
Throughout the season, you’ll also find live music, food trucks, local makers, workshops, and special events bringing a little extra life to the Hollow.

Tucked away in the foothills of the Adirondacks, Springbrook Hollow Farm Distillery crafts its spirits from pure spring water that flows right through the property. Using locally grown New York grains and fruits, every batch is milled, fermented, and distilled on-site in a traditional copper pot still. The spirits are then carefully aged or infused before being bottled by hand. This meticulous farm-to-bottle process produces clean, smooth, and distinctly local vodka, gin, whiskey, and liqueurs that capture the essence of the Adirondack region.
